Texas School Procedures’ motto since the beginning of our company six years ago has been “Making Compliance Easy!”
- After three months, TxSP is finalizing all documents, charts, and protocols for the new Title IX Ruling. All information has been submitted to our company’s attorney for review before final posting.
- Additionally we are in the process of developing a recorded training session for all members of the Title IX team (Title IX Coordinators, investigators, and decision-makers) so each district can train during a schedule that works for your district.
- As we finish our final review, more documents or protocols may be added.
We have received a lot of questions regarding our Title IX Information and what will be included from both subscribing and non-subscribing districts. This newsletter will include everything that will be posted by the end of August. Subscribing districts – this information is part of your subscription and there is no extra cost. Non-subscribing districts – contact us for a quote, demo, or to request more information.

Grievance Section
- Appeals will include the protocol/guidelines for an appeal, the document to request an appeal, the notification an appeal has been filed, and notification of the final outcome.
- The informal resolutions section will include a protocol. TxSP does not include a process for mediation and our protocol explains why we do not recommend offering this optional process.
- The investigation section includes a checklist for the investigator, a report, optional interview guidelines and questions, and a notification for confidentiality.
- The supportive measures will include a protocol regarding requirements and options for providing supportive measures and a letter to send to both parties.
- Our last section under grievance is a protocol for writing a determination finding report and the format for writing the report.
Respondent Section
- TxSP has included a section when an employee is a respondent and the process for administrative leave and the required written notification.
- TxSP also included a section for a student emergency removal that includes a protocol, a document to complete an emergency risk analysis, and a required notification that must be sent.
Don't forget that HB 18 is to be implemented this 20-21 school year! TxSP has everything you need!
